Into the European but also into the global technical interest belong system of three hydroelectric plants in Kremnica, especially underground, which is bulit in mining shaft number IV at a depth of 240 m under the surface. Into the service it was launched in May 1922. There were installed three horizontal Pelton´ s turbins, each with power 575 kW.
